Orders

How long does shipping take?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.
UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to make changes.

Shipping

What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

- Items must have all original tags attached

- Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

How do I request a return?

Include:

- Your order number

- The item(s) you wish to return

- The reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Can I exchange an item?

If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we will help arrange an exchange if stock is available.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund.
